Oracle Cloud Engineer (Talent/HCM)

Our client is seeking an Oracle Cloud Engineer (Talent/HCM) and/or Cornerstone OnDemand (Navigator) Engineer responsible for driving delivery for the Talent platform. This role involves designing, developing, debugging, evaluating, modifying, deploying, and documenting software and systems meeting Oracle standards.

Responsibilities:
Deliver technology solutions to American Express CEG (HR) businesses worldwide.
Debug software components and identify code defects for remediation.
Lead the deployment, support, and monitoring of software across test, integration, and production environments.
Identify opportunities for adopting new technologies.
Take accountability for the team's success in achieving goals.
Drive the team's strategy and prioritize initiatives.
Challenge the status quo, demonstrate risk-taking, and implement creative ideas.
nalyze workflows and contribute to enabling the team to be more effective, productive, and demonstrate faster and stronger results.
Key Skills:

Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications (Talent, HCM)
Familiarity with Cornerstone OnDemand (Navigator) SaaS is beneficial.
Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years of supporting enterprise applications (SaaS and/or in-house) and software development experience in a professional environment.
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
Prior hands-on experience managing Talent Platforms Cornerstone OnDemand, Oracle HCM platform Global HR is essential.
Develop inbound/outbound, file/API based integrations for Oracle HCM.
Prior experience reading Oracle whitepapers and creating functional & technical summaries for the team.
Experience consuming Oracle delivered API and integrating with enterprise applications.
Familiarity with Agile (Scrum), Rally, Jira, Confluence, Kanban.
Completed at least 1 full life cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud Project.
Prior experience automating Oracle Cloud test data management will be advantageous.
Prior knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) will be advantageous.
Prior experience automating code deployment processes will be advantageous.
