IT Tech

Harvest Preparatory Academy is a K-12 Charter School located in Yuma and San Luis Arizona.  We are currently accepting applications for a qualified IT Tech.  Harvest Preparatory Academy prides itself on excellence; we are looking for a candidate that will enhance our level of excellence and take pride in their work.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Perform regular support and maintenance of IT equipment including desktops, servers, and network infrastructure for the HPA community


• Handle IT issues and problems, reporting and requesting assistance from IT management as necessary.


• Assess and ensure help desk tickets and technical issues are adequately recorded.


• Prioritize help desk tickets and work on resolutions in priority order


• Printer maintenance


• Application & Program maintenance


• Provide one-on-one training for unique HPA IT systems as needed and time is available.


• Network & Internet Maintenance / Monitoring


• Back up all updated files/programs/folders


• Create & Clean-up accounts (, Active Directory, Cisco Phone, Office365, Guardian, Etc.)

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED


• Three (3) years experience in IT field or comparable education in IT field


• Bilingual preferred but not required
