IT Tech Support Specialist

Description: We are urgently looking for an exceptional technician with 3 or more years of Point of Sale System troubleshooting. Great pay flexibility based on experience!

Onsite in Tempe – would like the candidate to be in the lab / office in Tempe for initial training and can earn an opportunity for hybrid and more flexibility WFH

6 mo plus – expected to go longer term or convert

This is a 3rd level technical support team that supports the retail and payment systems in 8,400 convenience/gas stations in the US and Canada.

Qualifications

3 years of IT Retail System support experience

Well rounded, great communication and customer service

Support retail systems, point of sale (POS), NCR Radiant POS systems, Verifone, petro, fuel processing issues, payment processing issues, project rollout support, a variety of IT support issues. If you have any Point of Sale experience and do not see your system listed on here, still apply!
