Under intermittent supervision, this journey-tech level positionâ¯is responsible forâ¯completing or appropriately escalating IT Service Desk tickets inâ¯a timelyâ¯andâ¯accurateâ¯manner within a Microsoft-centric environment. This position installs, configures,â¯maintains, and supports endpoint devices, peripherals, voice systems, basic network connectivity, and cloud services including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and Azure.â¯
