Responsibilities:
- Develop, deliver, and maintain IT training programs for end-users across all departments, focusing on both technical proficiency and workflow efficiency.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring they are proficient in the firm’s technology stack.
- Create training materials, including user guides, quick reference sheets, and e-learning content tailored for legal professionals.
- Train users on key legal software systems, such as:
- Document Management Systems (e.g., iManage, NetDocuments)
- Practice Management or Billing Systems (e.g., Elite 3E, Aderant)
- Timekeeping, dictation, and case management tools
- Deliver group and one-on-one sessions, both in person and virtually, across multiple offices as required.
- Collaborate with IT and Practice Support teams to identify training needs and technology adoption gaps.
- Provide post-training support and serve as a technology resource for ongoing user assistance.
- Assist with technology rollouts and upgrades, developing training and communication strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
- Measure training effectiveness through feedback surveys and performance metrics, implementing improvements as needed.
