We’re looking for a passionate professional to help shape the success of our firm by delivering effective training and handsâon application support that drives user confidence and performance. Hodgson Russ LLP, a regional law firm with 230+ attorneys in 10 offices, is seeking a Trainer/Application Support Specialist to join our busy Information Technology team, resident in the Buffalo office. In this role you would be responsible for conducting end-user technology training, preparing end-user documentation, assisting the User Services Manager in all functions necessary in developing a successful training program. This position is also responsible for the development, integration, testing, and documentation of new software applications introduced to the firm.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be customer focused. Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study, with six years’ experience developing and delivering training in networked environment with multiple software packages. Willing to train the right candidate with less experience.

At this time, the good faith estimate of the annual salary range for this position, if the successful applicant is based in Buffalo is $59,085 to $72,481.
