Job Description

The IT Web Developer Practitioner s role is to build the operations end of the organization s Web sites and keep them running smoothly. This includes designing, building, and implementing new Web pages and sites; integrating sites with back end applications; migrating legacy applications to the Web; and performing day-to-day administration of the organization s Web portfolio. Use of a variety of Web development languages is required. Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills; Builds knowledge of the organization, processes and customers; Solves a range of straightforward problems; analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures; Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction.

As a Salesforce Senior Developer at NextEra Energy, you will have the opportunity to work on various Salesforce platforms and contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our Salesforce systems.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs.
Manage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in Salesforce application.
Strong LWC, Apex Programming skills are required.
Deliver support and solutions for break/fix issues.
Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues, and creative solutions.
Handle numerous projects and priorities using sound project management methodologies and practices.
Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field.
5+ years of industry experience as a Salesforce.com developer.
Salesforce.com Advanced Developer certification is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture and APIs.
Proficient in MySQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native, and VisualForce.
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce security concepts and sharing model.
Experience with third-party integrations.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills, strong initiative, and the ability to work collaboratively. Will Per Diem and Mob/De-Mob expense types be available for this requisition?
