Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an Italian Player Support Specialist to join our vibrant gaming department in Sofia, Bulgaria! In this role, you will be the primary support contact for our Italian-speaking gaming community, ensuring players receive top-notch assistance and enjoy an exceptional gaming experience.

As a Player Support Specialist, you will handle player inquiries, troubleshoot game-related issues, and contribute to a friendly and supportive environment. We are looking for passionate individuals who have excellent communication skills and a dedication to helping our players.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding support to Italian-speaking players through email, chat, and social media channels
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, gameplay queries, and account-related concerns
  • Document player interactions and support tickets accurately in our customer relationship management system
  • Collaborate with other teams to effectively resolve complex player issues
  • Collect and relay player feedback to the development team for service enhancements
  • Help foster a positive and engaging gaming community for players
  • Stay informed about the latest gaming trends and product developments


Requirements
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Previous experience in player support or customer-facing roles is an advantage
  • A strong passion for gaming and understanding of gaming culture
  • Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
  • Familiarity with customer support software and gaming platforms is a bonus
