About the Role

Join our team in Sofia as a Content Moderator and play a critical role in fostering a safer digital space. In this position, you will analyze, review, and evaluate user-generated content and online advertisements in Italian, ensuring full compliance with platform standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Review: Monitor incoming user posts and commercial ads to execute swift, real-time moderation decisions.
• Policy Enforcement: Meticulously apply policy rules to flag or remove non-compliant media, including material featuring sensitive or graphic violence.
• Performance Standards: Consistently meet operational targets for precision, speed, and overall quality control.
• Wellness Engagement: Actively participate in mental health programs, individual coaching sessions, and team debriefs to support your emotional strength.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside team leads and quality assurance specialists to maintain uniform and fair moderation decisions across the platform.

Qualifications

• Language Skills: Fluent command of Italian (C1/C2 level) alongside strong professional proficiency in English (B2+ level or higher).
• Work Availability: Willingness to work Full-Time or Part-Time hours across a 24/7 rotational roster (including weekends, holidays, and night shifts).
• Work Location: 100% Fully On-Site at our corporate facilities in Sofia.
