In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries regarding automotive products, services, and support, ensuring a top-notch experience in Italian.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to automotive products, services, and repairs via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Provide accurate information about vehicle specifications, pricing, warranty options, and dealership services.
• Assist customers with appointment scheduling and follow-ups regarding vehicle maintenance.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and quick resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Work closely with sales and technical teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to better assist customers.

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to explain technical information in an accessible and clear manner.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
