Job Description - Italian Speaking Customer Service for Biotechnology industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opening for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the biotechnology industry. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and eager to support the innovative field of biotechnology. In this role, you will assist clients by providing accurate information and resolving issues, all while communicating effectively in Italian.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries about biotechnology products and services via phone, email, and live chat in Italian.
  • Educate customers about product features, applications, and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues in collaboration with technical departments.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Provide feedback to product teams to improve service offerings and customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in biotechnology to support customer needs effectively.
  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the biotechnology or life sciences sectors.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centered approach.
  • Attention to detail and organization in record-keeping and documentation.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software applications.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if necessary.
