As a representative, you will support clients, contractors, and partners by addressing inquiries and providing vital information while communicating in Italian.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to construction services, product offerings, and project information via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Assist clients in navigating the company’s services, providing details about processes, timelines, and materials.
• Resolve customer complaints and facilitate effective communication between clients and project teams.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to provide timely updates to clients.
• Stay informed about construction trends and regulations to support customers effectively.

• Fluency in Italian (oral and written) is required; English proficiency is desirable.
• Experience in customer service, especially in the construction industry or related fields, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to explain complex construction concepts in a simple and clear manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Proficient in using customer service software and CRM applications.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
