Job Description - Italian Speaking Customer Service for Education & E-Learning industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Education & E-Learning industry. If you are passionate about making a difference in the field of education and have a strong commitment to customer support, this role is perfect for you. You will assist students, educators, and institutions with their inquiries regarding courses, platforms, and educational resources, all while communicating in Italian.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries about e-learning platforms, courses, and educational programs via phone, email, and live chat in Italian.
  • Provide guidance to students on course selection, enrollment processes, and navigating the e-learning platform.
  • Assist in resolving technical issues and directing customers to appropriate resources or support.
  • Document customer interactions and keep accurate records for future reference.
  • Collaborate with the education and technical support teams to ensure a seamless experience for users.
  • Stay updated on new courses, educational content, and technology trends in the e-learning sector.
  • Fluency in Italian (both oral and written) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the education or e-learning sector, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a patient and helpful demeanor.
  • Ability to explain educational processes and technologies clearly to clients.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and e-learning technologies.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
