Italian Speaking Customer Service for Energy (Oil & Gas) industry

You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries related to energy products and services, ensuring that they receive accurate and timely support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding oil and gas products, pricing, and services via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Provide assistance with account management, service requests, and troubleshooting issues.
• Educate customers on product usage, safety regulations, and service features.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical and sales teams to facilitate solutions for customers.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and product offerings to provide informed assistance.

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the energy or oil & gas sector, is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries.
• Familiarity with CRM software and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
