In this role, you will assist clients with their financial inquiries, ensuring they receive the necessary support in navigating financial services and products, all while communicating in Italian.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding financial products and services via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Provide accurate information on account balances, transaction history, and product features.
• Assist with the resolution of issues related to accounts, transactions, and payments.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly in the system for future reference.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver efficient solutions to customer inquiries.
• Stay updated on financial regulations and product offerings to provide informed assistance.

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the finance or banking sector.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to explain complex financial information clearly.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in using financial software and CRM systems.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
