Job Description - Italian Speaking Customer Service for Information Technology (IT) industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Information Technology (IT) industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and are dedicated to providing exceptional customer support. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with their IT-related inquiries, ensuring they receive accurate information and outstanding service in Italian.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries related to IT services, products, and technical support via phone, email, and live chat in Italian.
  • Provide guidance and assistance on software, hardware, and network issues.
  • Assist customers with account management, service requests, and troubleshooting technical problems.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address complex inquiries and enhance service delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, products, and service updates to assist customers effectively.
  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in an accessible manner.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple inquiries.
  • Familiarity with IT concepts, software applications, and troubleshooting is desirable.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
