Job Description - Italian Speaking Customer Service for Renewable Energy industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Renewable Energy industry. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about sustainability and want to be part of a team that is dedicated to promoting renewable energy solutions. As a customer service representative, you will assist customers in navigating their inquiries regarding our renewable energy products and services, providing expert guidance and support in Italian.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to renewable energy solutions, services, and installations via phone, email, and live chat in Italian.
  • Educate customers on the benefits and functionalities of renewable energy products.
  • Assist clients with billing questions, service issues, and account management.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with technical and sales teams to resolve inquiries and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide accurate information.
  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in the renewable energy or related sector, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and CRM applications.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
