Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding account issues, platform features, and content guidelines via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Assist users in troubleshooting technical problems and accessing platform resources.
• Provide information on best practices for using social media tools effectively and safely.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.
• Document interactions accurately and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to enhance user experience and service delivery.
• Stay updated on social media trends and platform changes to provide informed assistance.

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Prior experience in customer service, especially in the social media or tech industry.
