Job Description - Italian Speaking Customer Service for Telecommunications industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the telecommunications industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and dedicated to providing outstanding customer support. As a representative, you will engage with clients in Italian, assisting them with their telecommunications inquiries and ensuring exceptional service throughout their experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries related to telecommunications services, including plans, devices, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
  • Assist customers with account setups, billing questions, and service modifications.
  • Provide accurate information regarding product features, promotions, and service availability.
  • Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and address customer needs.
  • Stay informed about new products, services, and telecommunications trends to better assist customers.
  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service, especially within the telecommunications sector, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries while maintaining a high level of service.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
