Job Description - Italian Speaking Customer Service - Work in Sofia

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team in the vibrant city of Sofia. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer support and are fluent in Italian. As a representative, you will engage with customers in Italian, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries effectively via phone, email, and chat in Italian, addressing product and service questions.
  • Provide accurate information regarding billing, accounts, and company policies.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting any issues they may encounter with products or services.
  • Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for record-keeping and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and address customer feedback.
  • Stay knowledgeable about the products and services offered to provide informed assistance.
  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service is desirable, ideally in a related industry.
  • Strong communication skills and a dedication to customer care.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle inquiries efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is preferred.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
  • Relocation to Sofia is required for this position.
