Job Title: Italian Speaking Reservations Agent

Location: Malta

Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 19:00, shifts vary from 4 to 12 hours

Work Type: On-Site

Salary & Benefits:

• Month 1 (Training): €5.60/hour

• Month 2: €8.10/hour

• After Probation: €8.50/hour

• After 12 Months: €8.75/hour (performance-based)

• After 18 Months: €9.20/hour (performance-based)

• Performance Bonus: Up to €2,000/year (pro-rated monthly), eligible after 6 months probation

• Commission: Sales-based, eligible 2 months after Going Live (post-training)

• Language Allowance: €85/month

About the Role:
We are seeking a fluent Italian & English speaker to join our team as a Reservations Agent. You will handle incoming calls, assist with reservations, deliver exceptional customer service, and maximize sales.

Responsibilities:

• Convert incoming calls and inquiries into successful reservations

• Meet & exceed performance targets (sales, call-handling, quality)

• Track and assist with on-request bookings

• Resolve complaints professionally and proactively

• Share market insights to improve service quality

• Handle cross-market calls and collaborate with other teams

• Maintain excellent communication with customers and colleagues

Requirements:

• Fluent Italian & English (written & spoken)

• Previous customer service or sales experience

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

• Typing speed 25 WPM

• Team player with a proactive approach
