Italian-Speaking Reservations Agent (Local Role Mosta, Malta)

Shifts: Monday to Sunday, between 07:0019:00 (rotating)

We're looking for local Italian-speaking talent to join a leading car rental company's Reservations Team right here in Mosta.

Important Requirements:

• ️ Must be currently residing in Malta

• ️ Interviews held in person at the Mosta office

• ️ Completed high school diploma

• ️ Fluency in Italian (C2)

• ️ Strong English (C1)

• ️ Customer-facing experience (sales or service) is a strong plus

Your Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and convert inquiries into bookings

• Assist customers with their reservations and general queries

• Handle and track on-request bookings

• Cross-market call support (when needed)

• Share customer feedback with the team to improve service

• Resolve complaints professionally and efficiently

• Meet sales, quality, and productivity goals

• Collaborate with your team and contribute to a positive work environment
  
  

Compensation & Perks:

You will start with a paid training month at 5.50/hour, which works out to approximately 953/month based on a full-time schedule (around 173 hours/month). From your second month, your hourly rate increases to 7.48/hour, or around 1,296/month. After 6 months, your salary rises to 7.74/hour, approximately 1,342/month, and following 12 months of employment (based on performance), you will earn 8.21/hour, which is about 1,423/month.

In addition to your base salary, you will receive:
-language allowance of 600 per year (paid monthly = 50/month)
