ITC Representative

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Engages with members through live video to complete transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments.
• Guides members through ITM features and educates them on self-service options.
• Reviews checks for accuracy and legitimacy and releases or extends holds as needed within established limits.
• Processes mobile deposits and basic adjustments following set procedures.
• Supports balancing and verification of ATM/ITM transactions under supervision.
• Creates and updates Salesforce cases for follow-up, reversals, and adjustments.
• Communicates effectively with other departments to resolve member issues and ensure accuracy in records.
• Protects member information by adhering to all security, compliance, and confidentiality procedures.
• Maintains a member-first mindset, demonstrating professionalism and consistency in service delivery.
• Completes all training as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
