Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced ITES Recruiter specializing in Finance & Accounting hiring to join our remote recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding and hands-on experience in hiring for roles like General Accounting, General Ledger (GL), Procure to Pay (P2P), and other F&A domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for ITES/Finance & Accounting roles including General Accounting, GL, P2P, and similar profiles.
  

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other sourcing methods.
  

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  

• Maintain recruitment reports and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
  

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  

• Understand client requirements and deliver on defined SLAs and timelines.
  

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in ITES/BPO hiring, specifically in Finance & Accounting roles.
  

• Proven track record in hiring for General Ledger, General Accounting, P2P, and related roles.
  

• Familiarity with various sourcing channels and recruitment tools.
  

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  

• Ability to work independently and in a remote environment.
