ITM Specialist

Position Summary:

The ITM Specialist provides a wide variety of banking services to both internal and external customers while utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues. Provide quality customer service experiences including efficient and accurate transaction processing while assessing customer needs and providing information on bank products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Emulate SSB&T Core Values
• Complete daily reports as assigned
• Perform research and print/mail notices
• Assist customers with remote transaction requests and provide quality customer service
• Refer customers to other banking products/services
• Answer general banking questions 
• Perform overall balancing 
• Troubleshooting
• Provide miscellaneous support for various items such as stop payments, address changes, etc.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or General Education Degree(GED)
• Excellent customer service skills, bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• Must have excellent phone etiquette
• Must be versatile and able to multi-task
• Must be a team player
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Strong work ethic
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and organization are a must
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Basic computer skills
