ITS/Electronics Contract Monitor

GovFirst is seeking to hire an ITS/Electronics Contract Monitor to support our engineering opportunities in Staunton, Culpeper, and Richmond, VA.

• Review, inspect, and monitor contractor work on ITS and traffic signal systems.
  

• Document and oversee QA/QC for all contractor activities.
  

• Assist with planning and managing work assignments and project task orders.
  

• Provide technical guidance for the security and operation of roadside ITS assets.
  

• Ensure contractor compliance with contract requirements and approve invoices and reports.
  

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely project completion.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience in ITS, traffic signal systems, or related electronics/operations technology.
  

• Knowledge of QA/QC practices and contract compliance.
  

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  

• Ability to manage project documentation and review contractor deliverables.
  

Preferred:

• Technical certifications related to ITS or traffic signal systems.
  

• Experience supporting operations technology security and roadside assets.
