Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 annually (based on experience)

Position Summary:
The IT / ServiceTitan Superuser is a critical role responsible for overseeing the full scope of technology infrastructure at Elevate Home Services. This includes managing all IT systems, user hardware (tablets, laptops, workstations), office and field connectivity, and serving as the in-house expert on ServiceTitan. This role will lead system administration, troubleshooting, integrations, reporting, and end-user training across the organization to ensure efficient use of technology in support of business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
ServiceTitan Systems Management:
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert (SME) and administrator for ServiceTitan
- Lead setup, configuration, testing, and deployment of new features or modules
- Build and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs using advanced Excel and ServiceTitan data exports
- Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate with ServiceTitan support as needed
- Train new and existing employees on platform usage, updates, and best practices
- Assist department heads in building workflows and automations within ServiceTitan to improve operational efficiency
IT Infrastructure & Device Management:
- Manage and maintain all company computers, tablets, printers, routers, and related tech assets
- Oversee user accounts, email systems, cloud storage, and basic cybersecurity practices
- Work with 3rd party vendors on phone systems, internet, building security systems, and backup protocols
- Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory and coordinate replacements, upgrades, or repairs
- Ensure secure Wi-Fi coverage and remote access across all company buildings and job sites
Reporting & Process Improvement:
- Create and maintain recurring operational and financial reports for executive leadership using Excel, Power Query, and ServiceTitan exports
- Identify and implement process improvements using technology and automation
- Evaluate new software or hardware tools and make recommendations for adoption
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of IT administration experience, preferably in the home services or construction industry
- Prior experience with ServiceTitan highly preferred (certification a strong plus)
- Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, macros, data analysis tools)
- Strong understanding of networks, device security, and cloud services (Office365, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience supporting both office and field service teams (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) is a plus
