Job Description
An employer is seeking an ITSM Lead to join a top biopharmaceutical company in Boston, MA. As the ITSM Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing the ServiceNow program, ensuring seamless operations and driving continuous improvement. Your expertise will be critical in optimizing IT service management processes and enhancing overall efficiency. You will be responsible for overseeing the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and optimization. You will manage HAM (Hardware Asset Management) and SAM (Software Asset Management). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and executives to align ServiceNow capabilities with business needs, and drive enhancements and expansions of service offerings. You will implement effective change management practices to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth transitions. You will also manage an offshore team responsible for ServiceNow operations. This will be a hybrid role with 2-3 days onsite in Seaport, Boston per week.
Compensation:
$70/hour to $90/hour
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
8+ years of ServiceNow experience, with a strong understanding of platform and modules
Extensive experience managing resources
Change management experience
Proven track record in assessing, managing and enhancing ITSM programs
Ability to build relationships with business stakeholders, grasp business priorities and translate them into efficient IT processes - GxP experience
Background in biotech, biopharma, or similar industry
Experience managing a Managed Service Provider null
