"Jack Of All Trades" Preschool Assistant Director

Candidate must be able to successfully manage multiple tasks in a fast paced early childhood environment with a high level of professionalism. As an Assistant Director you should have the educational background, qualifications, and skills of a lead teacher. We are looking for a team player to help grow and foster our early childhood program! 

-experience in a licensed early childhood setting in management is a requirement

-a pleasant and professional manner

-a passion for caring for and educating children

-the ability to work as a team and take direction

-CPR/First Aid

-TB Test

-CDA, ECE degree or certification 

-the ability to work any hours between 6:00am - 6:30pm

-certificates/trainings in early childhood -ability to maintain licensing hours and standards

• Should be professional when speaking and interacting with parents, staff and contractors that visit the facility.


• Be the bridge between the teachers and Director. 


• Understand the early childhood field, the fast paced environment, and  the challenges you come across will change often.
