Position: JAG Systems Specialist

Location: Allen County Office

Hours: 7:30 am -4:30 pm Monday through Friday (some evenings and weekends)

Starting Salary Range: $40,019.20
JOB SUMMARY
The Systems Specialist will enter and monitor data in compliance with grant requirements. The Systems Coordinator will also aid JAG Specialist with navigating and completing data entry and training processes.

JOB DUTIES

Maintains JAG Force Database and other evaluation tools to track and assess JAG Specialist and JAG Program.

Monitors data entry trends and works with Program Managers to develop and implement. new hire training to both individuals and groups of employees. Coordinates refresher training for employees as required.

Provides on-site technical assistance to JAG staff as necessary.

Conducts random quality reviews to ensure that the State Of Indiana's Customer Case Management System is current and that all the data is supported with appropriate documentation.

Tracks JAG student college and career preparatory engagement.

Other duties assigned by the JAG Managers or Vice President of Community Services.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Human Services, or Education.

Ability to interpret data for analytical and report purposes

Ability to provide data for goal formation and evaluation

Ability to work with a variety of people at different levels of an organization

Demonstrated sound time and project management skills by effectively and efficiently organizing, prioritizing and completing multiple assignments in a timely manner

Presentation skills to deliver information to employees and students

Previous experience working with high school students highly desirable.

Position requires traveling.

When driving for Brightpoint, the employee must have a valid Indiana driver's license and must maintain minimum liability limits of $100,000/$300,000 on auto insurance.
