Jaguar / Land Rover Technicians

To support our growth, The Mills Automotive Group is looking to add several experienced Jaguar / Land Rover service technicians to our team. If you have previous JLR experience, or BMW, Mercedes or Lexus experience, we encourage you to apply today!  Level 3 and Level 4 JLR technicians start between $45 and $50 per hour!!  All of our positions have the opportunity for significant incentives above the base rate - and start paying from hour one on day one!

What You Do:

• Conduct repairs, maintenance and inspections 


• Line mechanic with all around experience


• Chassis, brakes, suspension, electrical and engine repair


• Inspect vehicles for repairs and service needs using multi-point inspections and test tools


• Document and report on items completed and in need of further service via repair order and dealer computer system (electronic repair order experience a plus)Complete and attend manufacturer training as required


• Supervise all other shop Technicians and assist with diagnostics, training, and scheduling

Successful attributes and skills:

• Own your tools


• Valid driver’s license, must pass background and substance abuse review


• Excellent communication skills and ability to be a team player


• Outgoing and friendly personality


• Professional and well-kept appearance


• Technical certification and training a plus


• State inspection license preferred


• Previous Jaguar/Land Rover experience is preferred but not required, we will train you and send you to JLR on site training

• This is a flat rate position with production and CSI tiers and the base rate will be determined by your skills, experience and performance
