Compensation Range: $60,000 - $120,000 per year
This role has a base salary of $36,000 and average first year total compensation, including incentives, of $60,000+. On Target Earnings in this role are $66,000 and within 12 months 60-70% of Automotive Sales Consultant exceed the OTE.
How do our Automotive Sales Consultants Drive Impact?
- Assist customer on buying desired vehicle.
- Educate customers on financial products and financing options.
- Able to maintain the unit average and the minimum performance that is required by the store.
We're Looking For:
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- High level of detail orientation and accuracy.
- Proven experience working within a team environment.
- Familiarity with using Microsoft Office and being able to utilize other computer programs as needed.
- This position will require you to move around the dealership and is not limited to sitting, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, not required.
