Position Summary

The purpose of this role is to be the subject matter expert for Jaguar and Land Rover automobiles and to provide vehicle technical support related to all aspects of the vehicle.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the SME for Jaguar and Land Rover
• Maximize first time resolution of customer queries
• Responsible for resolving all issues at every level
• Responsible for providing information and advice on vehicle diagnostics and technical solutions to customer via telephone and supported equipment
• Accountable for documenting all customer interactions in Opus IVS database
• Partner with technicians and software development teams to improve products and services 
• Responsible for providing training support to customers and employees as required

Requirements

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma
• Minimum five years (5) JLR experience
• Has attained factory trained dealership credentials or certifications that are at the Master level
• Strong customer service skills
• Superior communication skills both verbally and written
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor
• Strong problem solver
• Proven team player
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office 
• Ability to download and upload files
• Ability to perform basic Internet connection problems
