Jamba Shift Lead (Columbia Crossing)

We are selecting a Jamba shift lead!

We’re building a leadership team who will deliver genuine guest service, offer quality products that meet company standards, treat coworkers with respect, and uphold company policies with integrity – all within a safe, welcoming and positive work environment!

• $17.45-19.20/hr + tips, employee discount (25% off order), shift meals (up to $8.49 per meal), and standard WA sick pay.

We are specifically looking for a leader who:

• Is 18+ years old.
• Has prior leadership or equivalent experience.
• Has a solid work ethic and a get-things-done attitude.
• Enjoys interacting with guests and recognizes we are in the people business (not just the smoothie business).
• Is interested in long-term employment (not seasonal).
• Is looking for a welcoming and positive environment - and contributes to keeping it that way!
• Is open to feedback and coaching and is also willing to provide feedback and coaching to their team. No offering silent approval!

Some of your job duties:

• Deploy team members as required to meet business demands. Execute the shift to the plan for the day.
• Open and/or close the store as required. Perform all safety and security tasks as required.
• Evaluate staffing and food pars to ensure proper financial accountability during your shift.
• Execute company guest service standards, and communicate product knowledge and info to meet guests' needs.
