Summary
Responsible for systems administrative duties within on Apple Mac computer systems and configuration management through Jamf.Maintains and supports users and computers. Performs systems administrative tasks to the operating system environment and applications using scripting, Jamf and other admin tools. Manages security configurations and security remediations. Administers, secures, installs, and troubleshoots a variety of applications and operating systems. Performs systems maintenance tasks, upgrades, system back-ups, recovery and file maintenance, builds. Schedules, installs, and tests system upgrades. Resolves technical problems.

Required Skills & Experience
* 4 years of relevant experience
o 2 or more years minimum of experience as a Jamf systems administrator in a federal government agency or equivalent experience in a large private enterprise.
o 2 or more years minimum experience with Apple configuration management, especially with securing Mac OS, managing security clients and applications.
* Experience with PIV authentication or similar multifactor authentication on Mac.
* Experience with scripting for Mac using BASH, Python, Swift or other relevant scripting language.
* Bachelor's Degree
o High School Diploma (or GED) coupled with an additional 6 years of relevant experience; or an Associate's degree, coupled with an additional 4 years of relevant experience, may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree
* Per federal guidelines, you may be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to obtain vaccination.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
* 3 or more years' experience as a Jamf systems administrator
* Experience with Druva
* Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticket management platform
* Technical certifications in Apple / Mac (ACMT)
* Technical certifications in Jamf (300 level or better preferred)
* Technical certifications in cyber security (Security+)
* Previous experience working at NIH
