Position Summary

Race Winning Brands Company has an immediate opening for a Janitor/Housekeeping. This is a full-time position working a minimum of 40 hours per week on 3rd shift. The Housekeeper works as a member in the maintenance department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Cleaning all Restrooms daily.
• Following all safety rules.
• Emptying Trash & Cardboard throughout the facility.
• Collect rags from manufacturing once a week.
• Clean microwaves and wipe down lunch room tables twice daily.
• Keep current with all relevant environmental laws and regulations pertaining to your job duties.
• Maintain a clean safe working environment within all areas of the building
• Shovel and salt walk ways as needed.
• Run floor scrubber in main aisles of factory as needed.
• Responsible for cleanliness of outside areas and cleanliness of inside common areas.
• Clean windows, both inside the shop and outside as needed.
• Responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory for all cleaning supplies.
• Keep cleaning supplies stocked for front office cleaning closet.
• Vacuum carpeted areas in the shop and office areas as needed.
• Responsible for emptying all mop buckets in the facility daily, cleaning/changing the mop head and filling the mop bucket and returning to designated cell or area.
• Report unsafe conditions & acts to the Facility Manager immediately.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

 Preferred qualifications:

• Able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Prior janitorial or housekeeping experience a plus.
• Excellent work ethic
• Team player
