Job description: Complete daily cleaning including floor care, lint blowdown, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, breakrooms and public use areas. Restock needed supplies. Clean facility equipment according to established protocols. Perform and record minor routine maintenance tasks as requested. Clear and remove all trash from the facility daily. Complete heavy cleansing and deep cleaning projects as assigned.  Record and report inventory levels of supplies and cleaning items. Adhere to all plant safety protocols including but not limited to company and OSHA standards. Maintain a clean working environment. Work collaboratively to meet company goals.

Reports to: Plant Manager/Director of Operations

Requirements: 

•          High school diploma or equivalent preferred

•          Flexibility and adaptability

•          Communication skills

•          Ability to lift up to 50lbs

•          Must have or be willing to obtain COVID vaccination

Key Responsibilities:

•          Work independently to complete assigned tasks

•          Complete assigned tasks fully within designated time frame

•          Clean and maintain assigned areas of the facility daily

•          Meet or exceed sanitation and disinfecting standards throughout all plant areas

•          Maintain active presence throughout the plant during operating hours

•          Clean and maintain areas during operating hours to limit after hours cleaning requirements

•          Maintain company-wide DART accident rate at or below 2

•          Other duties as assigned
