Janitor Associate

POSITION SUMMARY

YMP “REM” is seeking for a dedicated Janitor to join our team. The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining

cleanliness and sanitation standards within the apartments/facilities.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILTIES

- Perform cleaning duties such as dusting, mopping, and sanitizing designated areas

- Conduct floor care maintenance, including buffing, waxing, and polishing

- Handle industrial cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and hygienic environment

- Assist in facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs

- Execute home and commercial cleaning tasks as assigned

- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and replenish supplies as needed

- Follow safety protocols to minimize accidents and damage to yourself, flooring, furniture, and equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION

- High school diploma or equivalent is required.

- Pass background check.

- Experience in cleaning or janitorial work.

- Proficiency in buffing, floor care, and industrial cleaning techniques

- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices

- Ability to maintain cleanliness standards in various facilities

- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
