We are seeking a full-time Janitor Lead who is passionate about creating clean, organized, and safe environments for our clients. You’ll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout your assigned client sites while working with a supportive team that values excellence and integrity.

Pay:

$22 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and develop personnel
• Competent in all janitorial skills and entry-level requirements
• Fill-in for janitors who are absent due to vacation, sickness, or other reasons
• Perform weekly inspections with or for the Project Manager or Operations Manager
• Responsible for reviewing weekly inspects with onsite janitorial staff
• Effective communication with Operations Manager and Project Manager of all conditions existing on site
• Assist in organizing and supervising on-going operations
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of flooring and stairs.
• Maintain, clean and sanitize bathrooms and break rooms throughout facilities.
• Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary.
• Dusting and cleaning facilities
• Maintain positive work relations with client(s)

Requirements

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and pride in delivering high-quality service
• Physically capable of standing and performing physically demanding tasks for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• 2+ years of cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Knowledge of cleaning products and best practices is preferred but not required
• Access to reliable transportation
• Successful completion of a fingerprint background check
