A Janitor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of buildings and facilities. Duties include cleaning, sanitizing, and performing routine upkeep to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for employees, customers, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas.
  


• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors.
  


• Empty trash and recycling containers.
  


• Dust furniture, fixtures, windows, and equipment.
  


• Replenish cleaning supplies, soap, paper towels, and restroom products.
  


• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
  


• Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors.
  


• Follow safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  


• Set up and clean up meeting rooms or special event areas as needed.
  


• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
