Duties/ Responsibilities

Clean designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, etc)

Removal of all trash to dumpster area

Keeping outside grounds clear of debris

Perform minor maintenance (replace light bulbs, repair door handles etc.)

Must be able to work independently without direct supervision

Must be able to follow instructions and maintain a positive behavior

All other duties assigned

Qualifications

Must possess communication and people skills

Ability to follow written instructions

Previous housekeeping/janitorial experience is a plus
