Janitorial Crew Lead

•  Responsible for leading assigned janitorial staff
•  Cleans restrooms to include toilets, stalls, mirrors, partitions, re-stocks bathroom items and removes  trash.  
•  Sweep, mop, buffs, hard surface floors. 
•  Cleans carpeted areas with vacuums, spot removal and carpet cleaning equipment with extraction  capabilities. 
•   Ensures grounds and sidewalks are free of trash and debris. 
•  Removes and disposes of bulk trash from grounds and buildings.
•  Dusts and polishes furniture and horizontal surfaces.
•  Properly dispose of empty solvent containers.  
•  Performs minor assembly, repair and preventative maintenance tasks on janitorial equipment.
•  Reports need for major repairs to equipment. 
•  Complies with all security procedures associated with entry to a secure facility.  
•  Performs other duties as assigned,  

Schedule & Pay:

Job Type: Full Time | Monday thru Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm.

Pay From: $19.07 per hour

Required

•  One (1) year experience performing janitorial services for a large facility
•  Experience operating commercial floor buffers and scrubbers, carpet cleaners
•  Experience utilizing a variety of small hand and power tools 
•  High School diploma or equivalent
•  One (1) year experience leading or supervising staff

Preferred:

•  Three (3) years general work experience
•  Experience working the disabled adults
