Capital Management Services (CMS) is currently looking for a janitor or custodian to take care of our various contract locations on a full-time basis by carrying out cleaning and maintenance duties. This individual must keep our contracted buildings in a clean and orderly condition.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Integrity and ability to work independently

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND PERSONAL ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Clean designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.)


• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities


• Occasionally carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects


• Notify management of deficiencies or needs for repairs


• Cooperate with the rest of the staff


• Follow all health and safety regulations

• Follow a direct schedule that is assigned to you


• Administrative competence

• Highly organized, self-motivated, & great attitude


• Excellent Communication Skills


• High attention to detail and very strong customer service skills


• Always exhibit a clean and professional appearance


• Team Oriented


• Other tasks as assigned.

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Work hours are Monday through Friday from 6PM until the job is finished.
  


• A satisfactory background check and drug test will be required for these positions.


• Must have reliable transportation.


• A valid Driver’s License may be required for promotional opportunities.


• Heavy lifting up to 25 lbs. or more may be required.

CMS will train the employee on the proper guidelines, procedures and proper use of chemicals and equipment during initial training and on an ongoing basis. Employees are expected to follow these guidelines and procedures as outlined.
