Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial/Custodial Maintenance professional to join our client’s team in Tulsa. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-functioning facility. The ideal candidate will have prior janitorial or maintenance experience and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, classrooms, offices, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors; perform carpet cleaning as needed
• Wash windows, walls, and surfaces throughout the facility
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal
• Replenish supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.)
• Perform minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, and carpentry)
• Replace light bulbs, unclog drains, and fix basic plumbing issues
• Conduct routine inspections and address maintenance concerns promptly
• Set up and take down tables, chairs, and equipment for events
• Ensure all areas are prepared and cleaned before and after events

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous janitorial and/or maintenance experience required
• Familiarity with cleaning procedures and maintenance best practices
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and basic hand tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
