Japanese Bilingual Internal Audit Manager or Assistant Manager

International Freight Forwarder is looking for Japanese Bilingual Audit Manager or Assistant Manager.

The Audit Manager (Assistant Manager) will provide Monitoring, Data Analysis and Reporting on internal audit related activities.

•    Internal audit work for consolidated companies and branches belonging to our company in Americas Region (Include Canada, Mexico, Brazil)
•    Document inspection based on materials submitted in advance from the consolidated companies
•    Interviews with the president, managers, and audits of the consolidated companies
•    Reviews of audit results, preparation of audit results report, and instructions for formulation of improvement plan
•    Follow-up of improvement plans
•    Administration of Audit Division activities.
•    Provide preliminary arrangements of all Internal Audits.
•    Provide preparatory audit materials through information gathering, such as documents and interviews, and provide an analysis of findings.
•    Audit visit as a member of Audit Team by business trip.
