Java Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated individual, a self-starter

In this role, the Java Developer will develop new and
enhance current web and back-end enterprise applications.  The Java Developer is responsible for
engaging in requirements gathering when working on new projects, successfully
delivering work as specified, and participating in all aspects of maintaining
and improving our application portfolio.

Experience

Qualified candidates should have two or more years of
experience in enterprise development. 
Qualified candidates must also have deep experience with OOP, Java,
JavaScript, HTML and CSS, as well as a passion for OOD and AOP.

Job Requirements

• Understand and implement technical and functional design
  requirements outlined by Business Analysts and Project Managers.


• Ability to manage several concurrent projects.


• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and
  communication skills.


• Collaborate with BA’s, PM’s and subject matter experts to
  contribute to the creation of functional requirements and implementation of
  these into end products.


• Be self-motivated with the ability to establish and achieve
  goals.


• Be able to make and implement decisions beneficial to the
  business and be cost-effective with problem solving.


• Design, code and test technical solutions in adherence to
  the highest quality standards.


• Proactively and effectively communicate project updates,
  issues, and other status items to appropriate organizational level.


• Take initiative to recognize and recommend areas of
  improvement.
