Scope of Work
The selected supplier will:

• Develop new Software FSA and OTA recall features.


• Build integrations with upstream/downstream enterprise applications.


• Implement regulatory and compliance enhancements.


• Provide production support and on-call application support.


• Support end-to-end testing across integrated systems.


• Maintain application stability, availability, and performance through SLA-driven support.
