AlgoSec is looking for a bright Java Developer for our Devices team, while getting involved with full life cycle BE development.

Location: Petah Tikva, Israel

Responsibilities:

• Devices team is responsible for connectivity of Algosec's products to various networking and security products on traditional as well as cloud-based networks, modeling their configuration and topology into the Algosec unified model.
• This includes working with various vendors APIs , technologies, and models.
• You will take E2E processes, deal with complicated issues and find the best solution to resolve them.
• We are looking for a team player that will take part in creating the new architecture of AlgoSec products and design complicated systems.

Requirements:  

• B.Sc. in Computer Sciences/Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in Java development
• Good experience with Spring framework
• Previous experience with microservice architecture and REST API
• Team player, pleasant person to work with, high level of integrity.
• Very bright, fast learner, independent and organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Advantages:

• Previous experience in the Network Security space - Firewalls, Routers, Web-filters, etc.
• Experience in Linux/UNIX environments
• Knowledge in Perl/Python
