Java with PHP developer

Description:
This is a leadership role and requires someone who can drive technical design of systems, manage people to hit deadlines, and can do code reviews and ensure standards are met. The individual will guide and coach PHP and Java developers for the web front end and backend systems.

• Requirements:
- Expert core Java knowledge
- Experience with common Java frameworks and servers: Spring, Hibernate, Ant, Tomcat, Guice
- Experience with Java/PHP build systems and CI tools
- Experience managing complex, multi tier production environment, from development to release.
- Proven experience with front-end development using PHP, Javascript frameworks (Angular, Ember, Backbone) and responsive CSS.
- Comprehensive computer-science fundamentals (OOP, Data Structures, Design Patterns)
- Excitement about the challenges of internationalization
- Command of SQL and Database optimization techniques
- Comfortable working in Unix environment
- Practices Test Driven Development techniques (JUnit, PHPUnit, Angular/Ember-Unit testing and Integration testing)
- Worked in Agile environment
- Experience leading/managing developers
- Experience delivering technical design/architecture 

• Pluses
- Zend Certified PHP Developer
- Active contributor to open source software
- Command-line scripting skills
- College or technical degree in Computer Science
- Experience with offshore development
- Experience working with CMS (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal or Enterprise CMS)
