Role Summary

• Lead energetic jazz dance classes for adult members, delivering safe, upbeat, and skill-building sessions that fit our premium club experience. 

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and teach 45–60 minute jazz classes (warm-up, technique, combos, cool-down).
• Offer clear cues, musicality, and level-based modifications.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive environment; uphold safety standards.
• Manage attendance, set-ups, and basic studio/equipment care.
• Collaborate with Spa & Fitness team on schedules, events, and member engagement.
• Track class themes/playlists; support special workshops as needed.

• 2+ years teaching jazz (club/studio or adult fitness setting).
• Strong technique, choreography, and musicality; confident demo skills.
• Current CPR/AED (or obtained within 30 days).
• Professional, punctual, and member-service oriented.

Preferred

• Experience with multi-level adult groups.
• Additional formats (stretch, conditioning) a plus.

Physical Requirements 

•  Demonstrate movements; stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs; set studio space. 

Schedule & Pay

• Weekday and occasional weekend/evening availability; seasonal flexibility.
• Compensation DOE.
